Article 1
These contractual terms apply to all the contracts of accommodation in suites Horský svět – Horní Mísečky and become a part of every contract The contractual relationship between accommodation applicant and the company Ing. Petr Nováček, ič. 40165647 will be based on the binding order of applicant and will be confirmed by the accommodation provider. The determine deposit possibly accommodation price must be paid to the provider’s account. The handover of the filled up application form confirms that applicant agrees on the contractual terms. By the application confirmation the provider commits to provide the accommodation on the agreed term and place. The binding order is considered application by sent the email or postal service.
Article 2
The accommodation prices are specified in the valid price list presented on the provider’s web page the day the binding order is sent. The hirer is entitled to claim the deposit of 50 % of accommodation price the latest in 7 days from the order confirmation by the hirer. The rest of the price is payable in 30 days before the arrival. In case of sending the application less than 30 days before the arrival the hirer is required to pay 100 % of accommodation price in 3 days after the contract is signed. We accept the banker’s orders or cash deposit to account which will sent with invoice.
Article 3
The hirer is entitled to back out of the contract anytime before the check-in. This must be presented in written form. If the hirer backs out of the contract he is obliged to pay the following cancellation expenses:
• Cancellation in term from 30 to 21 days before check-in: 30 % of total price
• Cancellation in term from 20 to 15 days before check-in: 50 % of total price
• Cancellation in term from 14 to 7 days before check-in: 75 % of total price
• Cancellation in term from 6 days and less before check-in: 85 % of total price
The number of the days is including the day when the cancellation was made. The check-in day is not included in the number of the days. If the hirer doesn’t check-in without any previous cancellation the accommodation provider will claim the total price payment. In case that the hirers during the agreed time of stay terminates their stay in suite he will not be able to claim any financial compensation.
Article 4
The suite is being handed over to the hirer on the check-in day from 15.00-19.00 o’clock. When arrived later, contacting the local deputy is necessary to arrange the individual suite hand over term. Before taking the suite over the hirer is required to pay deposit 2000,- CZK in cash to cover potential suite facilities damage. By taking the suite over the hirer becomes accommodated together with all the persons mentioned in order. On the check-out day the hirer is required to clean out the room by the 10:00 o’clock. The deputy contact info you will find at the order, or at the voucher ( confirmation).
Article 5
The hirer is required to use the suite and the communal spaces in the building in order to avoid any inventory, suite and building damage and loss. Pets are allowed only with permission of accommodation provider. The hirer is required to follow the instructions of the local deputy to use the suite properly and immediately report any damages or losses inside the suite and allow their disposal The hirer is only authorize to use the parking lot belonging to his suite. One car only. The hirer is required to respect the house code, keep the place tidy and respect the rest at night. In case of serious breaking the house rules is accommodation provider entitled to back out of the contract without any financial compensation to the hirer.
Article 6
These contractual terms conform all the suite accommodation contracts of Horský svět – Horní Mísečky, unless the individual contract says otherwise.
